Woolen spinning machines are all those machines used in the spinning cycle of fiber processing that cannot be treated by worsted spinning. This is usually due to the limited length of the fiber or other technical specifications which make it unsuitable for worsted spinning.

We at Officine Gaudino are the largest producer in the world of spinning machines for woolen spinning.

Our models are used to work fibers both in the sectors of knitting, weaving and in the production of carpet yarns. Not surprisingly, our spinning machines are used in the industrial processing of wool, cashmere, angora, silk noils and camel hair. Although in reality, both natural and synthetic fibers are used in the carded spinning cycle.

When it comes to spinning machinery, in particular for carded spinning, we at Officine Gaudino can boast a wide range of models.

In this way we can guarantee excellence for any type of spinning machine, even in different structures and with the possibility of equipping them with different automatisms such as, for example, the automatic creeler of the condenser bobbins, the automatic doffing of the bobbins with a device for cleaning the coils of underwind and the loading of the tubes from an automatic loader or from a winding machine linked to the ring spinning frame.

The oolen ring spinning frame models we have available are:

  • F6K03 a single sided ring spinning frame for the yarn count range Nm 0.5 to Nm 8
  • FST03 a single sided ring spinning frame for the yarn count range Nm 5 to Nm 48
  • FST03CU a double sided ring spinning frame with single drive (available only in the manual version) for the yarn count range Nm 10 to Nm 48
  • FST20 a double sided ring spinning frame with single drive with automatic doffing, tube loader or linking with an automatic winder, for the yarn count range Nm 10 to Nm 48. This spinning machine is the latest generation for fine and medium-fine yarns with a high level of automation.
