Ring spinning frames fed by roving bobbins for woolen spinning
We at Officine Gaudino are the largest producers in the world of spinning machines for woolen spinning.
Our models are used to work fibers both in the sectors of weaving, knitting and in the production of carpets. It is no coincidence that our spinning machines are used in the industrial processing of wool, cashmere, angora, silk noils and camel hair.
The models available are:
- F6K03 = single sided ring spinning frame for the yarn count Nm 0.5 – Nm 8
- FST03 = single sided ring spinning frame for the yarn count Nm 5 – Nm 48
- FST03CU = double sided ring spinning frame for the yarn count Nm 10 to Nm 48 (available in the manual version only)
- FST20 = double sided ring spinning frame for the yarn count Nm 10 – Nm 48 (automatic version with tube loader or linking with an automatic winder). This is the latest spinning machine designed for fine and medium-fine counts with a high level of automation.
F6K03 woolen ring spinning frame for the yarns count range nm 1 to nm 10
F6K03 is a woolen ring spinning frame suitable for spinning wool, synthetic fibers or blends thereof, in the coarse yarn count range.
The draft system is composed of a false-twist group with a helical funnel driven by a AC motor and Inverter.
The roving is drafted in a vertical draft zone and the introduction of the roving into the false-twist funnel is pneumatic (Compressfil system).
The bottom rollers are in steel, hardened, rectified, polished and are fitted on roller bearings.
The pendular arms are spring loaded and allow a high draft with a good yarn evenness.
A mechanical to and fro movement of the false-twist groups avoids fast wear of the pressure cots of the draft roller. In case a yarn or roving breaks, it is automatically introduced in suction tubes that bring the waste into a centralized suction box (Pneumafil system).
The surface unwinding drums are driven by an AC motor with Inverter and the speed can be set in relation to the speed of the feed roller in order to adjust the tension on the roving.
FST03 woolen ring spinning frame for the yarn counts NM 8 to NM 36
The FST03 model is a woolen ring spinning frame suitable for any type of fibers: wool and blends, cashmere, angora, camel hair, silk noils, synthetic fibers, cotton rigenerated fibers of any length in the medium and fine yarn counts.
The draft system is composed of two independent and different draft areas: the first draft zone with a length of 470 mm is equipped with a special false-twist device with a ball-shaped vibrator, the second draft zone is a rolling mill with a bottom roller of large diameter (51 mm) surmounted by a control apron.
All bottom rollers are in special steel, hardened, polished and supported on roller bearings.
The FST03 model is available only in the single sided version, left or right had side, on demand.
The FST03 model can be supplied with different options:
- the roving bobbins elevator with a chain transporting the roving bobbins along the ring spinning frame
- the automatic creeler, an automation that changes the exhausted roving bobbins with the full ones, including an air splicing system for the rovings
- the automatic doffing of the bobbins with the automatic tube loader or linking to an automatic winder
- the automatic cleaner of spindle underwinding (mouse)
- sensors to detect the yarn breaks for a diagnostic of the spinning
FST03CU double sided woolen ring spinning frame for the yarn counts NM 10 to NM 36
The FST03CU model is a woolen ring spinning frame suitable for any type of fibers: wool and blends, cashmere, angora, camel hair, silk noils, synthetic fibers, cotton rigenerated fibers of any length in the medium and fine yarn counts.
The draft system is composed of two independent and different draft areas: the first draft zone with a length of 470 mm is equipped with a special false-twist device with a ball-shaped vibrator, the second draft zone is a rolling mill with a bottom roller of large diameter (51 mm) surmounted by a control apron.
All bottom rollers are in special steel, hardened, polished and supported on roller bearings.
The FST03CU model is available only in the double sided version, with one drive only for both sides.
No automation is available for this model of machine.
