It is the latest model released and collects all the most technologically innovative points of the new century. This model is supplied with double draft system, single sided, fed by spinning cans. The drive head-stock is electronically driven (main motor driving spindles is AC with Inverter, servomotors driving the draft bottom rollers as well as the ring-rail are brushless with electronic drives) All spinning parameters are set on a touch-screen panel.
The high-draft system is composed by eight lines of bottom rollers, two lines of soft rubber barrels in the back draft zone and three lines of soft rubber barrels in the front draft zone to control the fiber flow: no apron nor cradles. The feed and front rollers have a diameter of 45 mm while the middle draft roller has a 51 mm diameter.
The feed roller can be moved by means of a motorized “Quick-Setting” device, even when the machine is running, in order to adjust the length of the back draft zone according to the mass of fiber length.
FPT03/FPTB03 = double sided ring spinning frame fed by roving bobbins for the yarn count range nm 5 – 20
The ring spinning frame model FPT03 is a double sided ring spinning frame for semi-worsted spinning with single draft zone (three lines of bottom rollers and double cradle).
The pendular arm is the mechanical type, same as is used in worsted spinning and allows feeding up to two rovings for one spindle. For this reason the creel is double (one roving bobbin with two rovings fed to one spindle).
The draft system has been designed so that the machine could deliver up to 45 meters per minute; both feed and front rollers have a diameter of 45 mm, while the roller dragging the apron has a diameter of 40 mm. The spinning system is semi-collpased (spinning finger on top of the spindle). The rings are made of sintered steel suitable for the use of plastic travelers.
On request for the ring diameter 75 mm it is possible to supply conical steel rings for the use of steel travelers. The drive head-stock is electronically driven, the main motori s AC with Inveter, while the bottom feed and draft rollers, as well as the ring-rail, are driven by servomotors and electronic drives. All spinning parameters are set on a touch-screen panel.
It is possible to supply the software for the fancy slub or multicount yarns.
