We at Officine Gaudino produce double sided ring spinning frames for the worsted spinning with single and dual drives for the two machine sides.
We have a wide range of models for any type of yarn and in different structures with the possibility of equipping them with various automatisms such as the automatic doffing of the bobbins with the loading of the tubes from the loader or from an automatic winder linked with the ring spinning frame.
The models available are:
- FP20 = single driven double sided worsted ring spinning frame with the spindles driven by a tangential belt (available for spindle gauge 75 mm)
- FP03 = single driven double sided worsted ring spinning frame with the spindles driven by belts (available for spindle gauges 82.5 mm and 90 mm)
- FPB03 = dual driven double sided worsted ring spinning frame available for spindle gauges 75 mm, 82.5 mm and 90 mm
- FP10-2C = single driven double sided worsted ring spinning frame with two draft zones that can be fed by spinning cans (available only for spindle gauge 82.5 mm)
FP20 worsted ring spinning frame fed by roving bobbins
This is the new worsted ring spinning frame designed by OFFICINE GAUDINO. It differs from the FP03 model in that the spindles are driven by a tagential belt controlled by several motors and can only be supplied for single driven double sided spinning machines.

The spinning finger for semi-collapsed balloon spinning is nothing new.
Spindle tops have been used on semi-worsted ring spinning frames for over fifty years and Officine Gaudino S.p.A. has a wealth of experience in the production of fine count worsted yarn since the early 1990’s. Today, Gaudino worsted ring spinning frames are running in the best-known Italian worsted spining companies for both knitting and weaving applications.
The spinning finger reduces the tension on the yarn. Reducing the tension on the yarn is important in order to make better yarns and to increase spindle speed at comparable breaks level. The FP03 and FPB03 are preset for the application of the compcting system EliTe CompactSet by Süßen.
All fixed parts of the machine are shipped preassembled on one chassis that includes the pneumafil box, the tube loader (when required), the electric panel and all motors driving the machine.The motor driving the spindles is driven by Inverter while all servomotors driving the rollers of the draft and the ring-rail are the brushless type.
Since the machine is electronically drive nit is possible to supply a software package to produce slub fancy yarns as well as multicount yarns.
FP10-2C worsted ring spinning frame fed with two draft zones
This is a unique worsted ring spinning frame designed by OFFICINE GAUDINO. This model was developed on the chassis of the FP20 model but it differs in that it has an extra drafting cylinder (four lines of cylinders) and can be loaded from spinning cans.
